Role Overview

The Manager, SAP Platform & Integrations is the platform owner and PMO lead for Aleph's SAP S/4HANA programme, responsible for cross‑workstream coordination, change request governance, SAP BTP integration health, and system administration across 38 legal entities in 25+ countries.

What you’ll do

- Platform ownership & roadmap: Own the SAP platform roadmap, coordinate priorities with FICO, SD, and business stakeholders, manage the end‑to‑end change request pipeline, act as the primary SAP point of contact, facilitate release planning, and identify quick‑win automation opportunities.
- SAP BTP & integration ownership: Own the SAP BTP layer (iFlow configuration, certificate management, OAuth/mTLS administration, incident response), manage SAP‑side configuration of connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Dynamics365, oversee e‑invoicing compliance across multiple countries, perform root‑cause analysis of integration incidents, and administer the SAP platform (user roles, authorizations, transports, system configuration).
- Vendor governance & PMO: Interface with external SAP vendors, review SOWs, plan sprints, define acceptance criteria, handle escalations, ensure CR ownership and sequencing, produce monthly SAP status updates, coordinate dependencies,



support IT cost visibility, and maintain audit, GDPR, and ISO27001 compliance.

What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration covering multiple SAP modules.
- Proven ability to coordinate a multi‑workstream SAP delivery programme and manage SAP BTP integrations (iFlows, certificates, incident response).
- Experience with external SAP development vendor management (SOW review, sprint facilitation, acceptance testing, escalation).
- Integration awareness of Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics365, and OneStream, with understanding of data flows without administering those systems.
- Background in multi‑country SAP e‑invoicing compliance is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for CR tracking and programme documentation.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Preferred SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or SAP BTP Integration Suite.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, Aleph is committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR50,000, with an additional variable component paid annually.
