Requisitos
We are looking for a production- oriented pastry professional who is comfortable working in an obrador environment focused on batch preparation and takeaway products. The adecuado candidate: Has experience in pastry, bakery, or café productionIs comfortable working independently and managing daily prep tasksHas experience with ovens, dough handling, and basic pastry techniquesUnderstands food safety and hygiene standardsIs organized and efficient in managing prep and stockCan follow recipes and maintain consistencyHas a practical mindset and can minimize food wasteExperience in takeaway concepts, bakery production kitchens, or specialty food environments is highly valued.
