SENIOR INSIGHTS CONSULTANT FOR PHARMA

We are seeking a consultant with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Barcelona. S/he is passionate about understanding people’s behavior and has a demonstrated history of unveiling strategic insights for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

We are looking for an analytically sharp and empathetic mind, a team player that inspires and motivates people, intellectually curious, who has great communication skills and is excited to learn from and teach others.

To be an outstanding candidate you must:

- Be well-versed in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
- Have relevant experience delivering insights and strategies for Pharma that highlight your skills
- Have international experience and language skills
- Have a strong desire to humanize the digital era
- Be succinct and sharp in oral and written English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)

Our work will typically include:

- Close partnership with teams of leading companies
- Qualitative and quantitative research, primarily ethnographic fieldwork, quantitative validation, and other sources of data integration
- Leading teams in the development of original insights,



concepts, and solutions for our clients, and proactively delivering strategic recommendations grounded in research findings
- Planning and managing key workstreams on projects
- Building recommendations for our clients based on research and analysis
- Co-creating and building solutions together with clients
- Guiding roll outs with customer teams
