Qualifications

Years of Experience: 0-2 Years

- Analysis, logging, reporting, and tracking of security events.
- Support in the detection of incidents and escalation to the corresponding area.
- Preparation of periodic reports.
- Ticket Documentation.

Responsibilities

- Handling emails and calls from internal company/Telefónica teams
- Creating Incident Tickets in the ITSM Tool
- Sorting incidents received from external teams using the tool into categories: Network, Billing, or IT
- Assigning the incident to the right team for resolution




- Coordinating with the appropriate team to obtain status updates and communicate them to the customer
- Closing incident tickets

Tools

- MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Monitoring tools (Site 24*7, OBM) (desirable)
