Finance Project Manager, Madrid

A Financial Services & Insurance organisation is looking for an experienced Finance System or ERP Project Manager with good Insurance-sector experience to join their team.

They are deploying a new Cloud-based Financial System internationally and are looking for someone with good Finance and ERP system rollout experience to join their team and manage the local rollout and migration to the new solution, including integration with key bespoke local systems.

The role:
Project Manage the rollout of the new ERP & Financial System to Spain

Stakeholder engagement including understanding as-is and to-be processes and systems, and leading the migration to the new Cloud ERP solution

Collaborate with key stakeholders in Finance and ERP teams and drive towards delivery against scope definitions eg: time/scope/budget, collaborating and escalating as required

Track and report on project progress using key tools and methodology, RAID logs and Jira, among others

Your Experience

Experience leading Financial System or ERP deployment within a large international company for Spain





Strong knowledge of the Insurance industry or related Financial Services industry sectors

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Project Management experience for large ERP or Financial Systems programmes and knowledge of key methodologies e.g. Waterfall, Agile, PMP, Prince2 or similar

Good knowledge of Cloud financial systems or ERPs e.g. Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S4 Hana, Workday, Infor M3, Unit4, Oracle Netsuite or similar

Industry experience in Insurance

Languages: Fluent Spanish and English

Location: Madrid (3 days per week onsite)
