ROLE DESCRIPTION: Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled WMS L2 Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The role focuses on supporting end-to-end warehouse operations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring seamless system integrations during business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across multiple warehouse operations.
- Support core warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch.
- Perform SQL-based data analysis to investigate issues, validate data, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and resolve integration failures with upstream and downstream systems.
- Coordinate with business users, internal IT teams, and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Handle production incidents, service requests, and minor system enhancements in line with SLAs.
- Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs,



and knowledge base articles.
- Provide operational support during business-critical periods and peak warehouse operations.
- Ensure adherence to support processes, escalation procedures, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of WMS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of EDI concepts, transactions, and integrations.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in 24x7 or production support environments.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak operational periods.
