Responsibilities

- Planning, preparing, and teaching online lessons (45 minutes each) for corporate clients.
- 1:1 Lessons: Deliver private lessons that include language teaching and personalized coaching—conducting needs analyses, assessing levels, creating bespoke learning paths, checking progress during lesson time, and setting clear goals.
- Group Lessons: Teach online group classes focused on active learning and communication.

Qualifications

- C2 Level of Dutch
- Valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or related university degrees
- Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching or personalized learning support
- B1 or above in English
- Bonus: Speaking more than two languages




- Comfortable teaching with presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, multicultural communication, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students
- High‑speed internet, modern laptop/PC with a microphone and camera
- Must comply with local freelance/contractor regulations

Terms and Compensation

- $20 paid per lesson taught
