Experteer Overview
As Cloud Security Automation Engineer, you’ll design and maintain automation that strengthens security across AWS, embedding security into IaC and CI/CD. You’ll transform repetitive security tasks into scalable workflows, enforce governance, and build detection and response capabilities. You’ll work closely with platform and DevOps teams to promote secure-by-design practices in a cloud-first banking context. This role offers impact shaping reusable security standards for a digital bank at scale.

• Design and maintain automation frameworks to strengthen security operations across AWS
• Automate remediation, compliance checks, and response actions for repetitive security tasks
• Leverage Infrastructure as Code and policy-as-code (CloudFormation) to enforce governance
• Implement automated controls for continuous compliance with internal standards and regulatory needs
• Define security baselines across AWS accounts with drift detection and guardrails
• Develop automated detection/response using GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail; integrate with SIEM/SOAR
• Create reusable auto-remediation playbooks for common findings
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and development teams to embed security automation in CI/CD
• Provide reusable modules, templates,



and guidance for secure-by-design implementations
• Automate multi-account AWS provisioning, controls, and governance via AWS Organizations
• Document workflows, controls, architectures, and remediation actions for traceability
• Continuously evaluate new AWS features and third-party tools to improve automation
• Build scalable automation across multi-account environments

Responsabilidades
• 4-6 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, platform security, or security automation
• Hands-on experience building automation in AWS environments
• Experience in financial services, regulated environments, or security-focused teams is valued
• Spanish language proficiency
• English at B2 level or higher
• Strong Python development skills for automation
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code, especially CloudFormation; Terraform knowledge valued
• Working knowledge of cloud security, CI/CD, observability, compliance automation, and policy enforcement
