What You Will Be Responsible For
Creative Direction
You define and drive the creative vision for the Heavy Wovens category across Men's, shaping a clear design direction that balances brand identity, trend relevance, and commercial success.
Trend Research
You research market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes for both segments and translate them into innovative, relevant designs for our target customers.
Collection Development
You develop seasonal Men's collections from first concept to final product, including sketches, fabric and trim selection, color palettes, and technical packages.
Fit & Quality
You ensure optimal fit, silhouette, and garment construction for both target groups, review prototypes and samples, and provide precise feedback to technical teams and suppliers.
Cross-Functional Work
You work closely with Buying, Product Development and Merchandising to align assortment strategy, pricing, and production feasibility across Men's.
Performance Focus
You track category performance across both segments, gather consumer feedback, and adjust design strategies to continuously strengthen results and relevance.
What We Are Looking For
Your Educational Background
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field and bring a strong foundation in woven garment development.
Your Strengths
You combine creative vision with analytical thinking and have deep expertise in Heavy Wovens, fabric properties, and garment construction. You can balance trend forecasting with performance data, stay responsive across the value chain, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Your Profile
You bring at least 7 years of experience in fashion design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing woven product expertise across Men's. You collaborate confidently across functions, communicate design intent clearly to internal and external partners, and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency. You work confidently with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and communicate fluently in English, Spanish and/or German is a plus.
