Experteer Overview
In this role, you will prototype and ship end-to-end internal products that reduce frictions for account management and customer support. You’ll work in an internal startup setup, collaborating with leadership and data engineers to scale AI-driven features and a centralized CX Workspace. Expect to own frontend and backend work, data pipelines, and cloud deployments to deliver high-impact solutions. This is a chance to shape next-gen internal tools that directly impact revenue and retention.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• End-to-End Product Development: build high-performance frontend (Next.js) and secure backend microservices (NestJS)
• Identify workflow frictions and conceptualize technical solutions for internal products
• Design, consume, and manage RESTful APIs with HubSpot integrations and internal databases
• Own automated data ingestion pipelines feeding the CX Workspace with low-latency, reliable data




• Deploy and monitor applications in Azure and iterate rapidly with real users

Responsabilidades
• 1-2+ years in full-stack web development or strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Frontend: SSR web apps with Next.js (React)
• Backend: Node.js with NestJS for scalable services
• Experience with third-party API integrations; HubSpot integration is a major advantage
• Familiarity with Azure deployment and basic caching (Redis)
