As an Architect at TD SYNNEX, you will define multi-technology solutions that meet customer needs by engaging with end users and resellers. You will co-manage complex, multi-vendor delivery projects with internal and external resources and support sales teams in crafting technical quotes aligned with SLAs. You’ll build and manage key customer relationships and help drive opportunities to closure while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role puts you at the intersection of technology and customer success, offering impact across partner networks and end customers. • Define multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs through engagement with end users and resellers
• Project manage internal and external resources to deliver complex, multi-vendor solutions
• Support sales in delivering technical quotes aligned with SLAs
• Develop and manage customer relationships with appropriate contacts
• Co-own and project manage technical elements of sales opportunities to closure
• Conduct customer site visits (reseller and end user)
• Deliver sales and technical enablement training (internal or external, not core)




• Respond to queries or customer care issues promptly
• Communicate product and technology information to relevant audiences
• Handle daily product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales and resellers (not core)
• Utilise the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity and partner utilisation
• Maintain technical accreditation and broaden industry knowledge

Responsabilidades
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio proficiency
• Experience with SAP R3, Compass and Business Warehouse is desirable
• Previous experience with E-business systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning
• IT industry knowledge – channel, vendors, competition and end users
• Wide knowledge of product and technology portfolios relevant to the business unit
