We’re supporting a major hyperscale client on a greenfield data centre programme across Europe. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead large-scale builds from the ground up, working at the forefront of critical infrastructure delivery.

The Role
You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across new data centre builds. From site mobilisation through to commissioning, you’ll be responsible for driving timelines, managing stakeholders, and ensuring world-class execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data centre projects
Manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Oversee budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation
Coordinate design, construction, and commissioning phases
Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards




Report into senior leadership with clear project updates

Requirements
Proven experience delivering data centre projects (hyperscale or enterprise)
Strong background in greenfield builds
Experience managing large, multi-million € programmes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and commissioning
Willingness to travel across Europe
