You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of external development and technology partnerships, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, and commercial outcomes. Acting as a key enabler of delivery excellence, you will manage relationships with software development partners, AI and blockchain specialists, and other technology service providers. The position requires a strong mix of commercial acumen and technical understanding to evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of outsourced initiatives. This is a highly strategic role where your decisions directly impact product delivery speed, quality, and scalability across global technology initiatives.AccountabilitiesIn this role, you will manage end-to-end vendor sourcing, procurement processes, and strategic supplier relationships to support technology delivery and optimization.Coordinate the onboarding, evaluation, and continuous management of development and technology vendorsMaintain a structured vendor database and performance tracking systemMonitor supplier performance in collaboration with technical and product stakeholdersLead procurement processes from requirements gathering to contract negotiation and awardCollaborate with legal teams to define SLAs, NDAs, and service agreementsEnsure compliance with procurement policies, including IP, data protection, and software standardsManage vendor budgets, purchase orders, and invoice workflowsSupport forecasting, cost optimization,
