Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer Lead with strong SAP Fiori/UI5 expertise to join our clients team based in Barcelona. The successful candidate will lead development activities, drive best practices, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP applications with a focus on SAP Fiori/UI5
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of SAP developers
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization
- Oversee end‑to‑end development lifecycle including design, build,
testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP development landscape
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP Developer Lead or Senior SAP Developer
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5
- Experience with S/4HANA environments
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration patterns
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to commute to Barcelona 2–3 days per week
