Join the Claims Management team responsible for refunding over €350M of healthcare expenses each year to more than 1M members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.

The team focuses on ensuring fast, accurate, and cost‑effective reimbursements while maintaining 24/7 uptime.

What You’ll Build

- Document processing : 2M documents annually, parsing with LLMs; we want to improve.
- Claims experience : Build intuitive experiences for members across four countries on mobile and desktop.
- Payments : Build payment infrastructure and source ingestion to refund members quickly.
- Fraud fighting : Internal ML stack saving 4M€ in 2024.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience building complex systems that must run 24/7.
- Experience delivering web applications in a cross‑platform environment.
- Comfort with TypeScript and Python; familiarity with modern web technologies.




- Proficient in Object‑Oriented Programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#).
- Good understanding of business metrics, conversion funnels, and growth drivers.
- Self‑starting, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Team player enthusiastic about learning and teaching.
- English working proficiency.
