LEAR Valls manuf. plant is looking for a high‑skilled Quality Management Systems Specialist eager to join a integral leader in automotive technology.

We are a large multinational company based at the Electronics Campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain).

We are seeking a professional with strong knowledge of Quality Systems and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will:

- Maintain, develop, and improve the Quality Management Systems (QMS) according to corporate and industry standards (ISO/IATF).
- Ensure that documentation, procedures, and internal processes remain aligned with customer and certification requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, coordinating preparation, execution, and follow‑up activities.
- Coordinate the management of non‑conformities, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Train and support the organization in QMS requirements, methodologies, and quality tools.

Key Outcome

- Strong ownership of the QMS, ensuring a robust, updated, and compliant system aligned with corporate and customer expectations.




- Effective coordination of internal audits and improvement actions to reinforce process conformity.
- High‑quality documentation management: procedures, instructions, standards, forms, and records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with all departments.
- Contribution to a culture of quality, standardization, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

- University degree in Engineering or related technical fields. Others could also be considered.
- Experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably within the Automotive or Electronics industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality core tools (8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Proactive, analytical, well‑structured, and self‑driven personality.

Capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
