Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Kafka Engineer to operate and maintain our Kafka/Confluent clusters. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our event streaming platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Kafka/Confluent clusters, including brokers, topics, and partitions
- Support connectors and schema registry operations
- Perform performance tuning and monitoring of the Kafka ecosystem
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed messaging systems




- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure platform stability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on experience with Kafka ecosystem components: brokers, topics, partitions, connectors, and schema registry
- Experience in performance tuning and monitoring of Kafka clusters
- Proven ability to troubleshoot distributed messaging systems
- Solid understanding xcskxlj of Kafka architecture and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Confluent platform management
- Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in event streaming
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
