Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead the development of platforms, data solutions, and AI-based systems (agents), aligned with the initiatives of Publicis Groupe EMEA.

The role will be responsible for ensuring technical consistency, scalability, and the ability to industrialize solutions, working with a modern cloud-first stack and focusing on productization and continuous software release.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and EMEA Alignment

- Ensure alignment with EMEA architectures and standards
- Adapt integral solutions to local needs without breaking consistency
- Participate in technical decision-making at an international level
- Promote reuse and standardization

Architecture and AI Systems

- Design systems based on AI agents and workflow orchestration
- Implement integration through MCPs (Model Context Protocols):
- Connecting models with tools and data
- Context and memory management
- Interoperability between systems

- Define scalable and reusable architecture patterns

Development and Productization

- Lead product development
- Design and implement End-to-End platforms for Iberia
- Work with modern architectures combining:
- AI services and processing in Python
- Backends and APIs in Node.js (Express)
- Frontends in React
- Persistence in PostgreSQL

- Ensure code quality standards,



testing, and documentation
- Lead software release processes (versioning, CI/CD, deployments)
- Ensure solutions evolve from POC to scalable product
- Align development and deployment roadmap

Team Management

- Lead and mentor developers
- Conduct code reviews and improve engineering practices
- Coordinate technical planning with product teams

Business Collaboration

- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure impact on operational efficiency and revenue
- Work with data, AI, and business teams

Qualifications

Experience

- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years leading teams or technical projects
- Experience developing software products in production
- Experience managing releases and full product lifecycle

Core Tech Stack

Languages and Frameworks

- Python (AI services, data, and automation)
- JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js + Express)
- React (frontends and internal tools)

Architecture

- Fullstack architecture (PERN)
- PostgreSQL (main database)
- REST / GraphQL API design
- Microservices and decoupled services architecture

Cloud

- GCP (preferred for solution development)
- Azure (corporate environments / integration)

Data

- SQL (required)
- Nice to have: Microsoft Fabric

DevOps and Tooling

- GitHub (repositories, PRs, workflows)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Version control and release management

AI / Agents

- Experience or knowledge in:
- LLMs and agent-based systems
- Workflow orchestration
- Tool integration via APIs
- Familiarity with MCPs or equivalent patterns
