Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Okta's Product Security Incident Response Program across all products and business units, and own the bug bounty operations. You will coordinate triage, remediation, and disclosure, while guiding cross-functional teams through risk management. You’ll mentor junior engineers and partner with leadership to drive proactive threat detection. This is a mission-driven role at a company focused on secure identity at scale. You will work with a global team to accelerate secure innovation in a fast-paced environment.

• Define and implement the Product Security Incident Response Program across products and business units
• Operate the bug bounty program: researcher engagement, triage, severity assessment, remediation coordination, rewards, and process improvements
• Manage the full vulnerability lifecycle from discovery to resolution with engineering coordination and stakeholder communication
• Lead the security disclosure program from triage to disclosure
• Report on program health and status of activities




• Collaborate with internal teams to improve vulnerability workflows and governance
• Mentor juniors on incident response, investigations, and remediation
• Partner with leadership to drive proactive threat detection and vulnerability management

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in Information Security with focus on Product Security, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, and Security Operations
• Experience in security code reviews to identify vulnerabilities
• Experience with Application Security vulnerabilities
• Experience with Product Security concepts
• Experience with risk management
• Experience handling incident response for product-related issues
• Knowledge of incident and log management tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in technical writing and executive presentations
