Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead data-driven optimization of delivery operations across multiple cities, driving best-in-class delivery times and courier efficiency. You will work within Glovo's Operations team to improve customer and partner experiences and translate insights into scalable actions. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with local teams and HQ to execute impactful projects and explore opportunities from risks to ROI. This position offers influence over strategic delivery performance in a fast-growing marketplace.

Responsabilidades
• ~2 years experience in high-growth tech startups, operations, marketplaces, consulting or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Statistics or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Fluency in English
• Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix organization or across countries (a plus)
