Junior Summer School
EF Malaga is looking for a dynamic Activity Leader to join our Summer School. In this role, you will lead exciting activities, events, and excursions for our international students (aged 13-17), ensuring the best summer of their lives. You will report to the Activities Manager. Come to Malaga in Summer 2026 for a great 3 to 8‑week work experience! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership skills in a vibrant, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide students with information and assistance regarding activities and excursions.
- Accompany students on trips and excursions, ensuring smooth logistics throughout.
- Assist with the promotion of events and activities.
- Attend activity briefings/meetings and implement action points as required.
- Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere during events and trips, delivering exceptional service.
- Support community management and help maintain a vibrant environment within the school.
- Ensure the health, safety and well‑being of all students by conducting risk assessments and managing incidents in line with EF policies.
- Promote the practice of Spanish through activities and school events.
- Support content creation for EF social media channels.
About You
- Minimum age: 21 years old.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and positive with a sociable, outgoing personality.
- Experience in leading and managing groups of students (aged 13-17).
- Fluency in Spanish (C1+) and English (B2+). Knowledge of any other languages will be considered a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Creative & energetic with lots of common sense.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure.
- Sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility and extremely positive attitude.
- Flexible with working hours and tasks, including availability for evening and weekend activities.
