Senior Engineer – Talent Domain (Enterprise Software for SMBs)

At Joppy , we’re helping one of our clients, a company in the enterprise software for SMBs sector , grow their Talent Domain , which empowers companies to develop their employees, keeping them engaged, productive, and delighted.

What you’ll do

- Join a team of 150+ developers , working in a multicultural, English-speaking environment.
- Take ownership of major initiatives , focusing on outcomes, not just outputs.
- Work closely with your team to define goals, plan quarterly roadmaps, and design technical solutions for HR processes including recruitment, performance, engagement, and training.
- Participate in customer calls to understand pains and needs, turning insights into impactful solutions.
- Contribute to mentoring junior engineers , sharing your experience to help the team grow.
- Review code, receive feedback, and continuously improve technical skills in a culture of engineering excellence.
