As a People Operations Partner, you will own the employee lifecycle for regional clusters within ABB Robotics, ensuring accurate data and a seamless candidate-to-retire experience. You’ll harmonize processes across legacy ABB and SoftBank teams to deliver a unified “One Robotics” experience via Workday. In a standalone Robotics setup, you’ll support governance, benefits, and payroll-related data while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
