In this role you act as a hands-on technical leader for Agentic AI capabilities from PoC to Production. You will drive implementation quality and production readiness while upholding engineering standards across the SDLC. Partnering with the AI Solutions Architect, you ensure architectural alignment and practical execution within enterprise patterns. You’ll own key components, reviews, and release readiness, coordinating vendor contributions when needed. This position offers impact at scale by shaping reliable AI-enabled workflows in a regulated, enterprise setting.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Lead hands-on technical execution across PoC, MVP, and Production to deliver production-grade AI capabilities• Translate architecture and product intent into a build plan and drive implementation through the team• Define and enforce engineering practices including coding standards, review quality, branching, and done criteria for agentic workflows• Develop and guide agentic components such as orchestration logic, tool/API integrations, retrieval patterns, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop flows• Own technical unblock and troubleshooting for defects,



integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and build pipelines• Drive release readiness including dependency/version checks, deployment checks, and operational handover inputs• Ensure vendor-delivered work meets standards through reviews and quality controls• Collaborate with QA/Validation to ensure testability and traceability with evidence generation across SDLC• Partner with Solutions Architect to ensure security/privacy, architectural constraints, and enterprise patterns• Post-release, drive reliability, tune performance, manage technical debt, and improve observabilityResponsabilidades xcskxlj • 5+ years in software engineering with hands-on leadership as senior developer or tech lead• Experience delivering AI-enabled or data-intensive products in enterprise contexts (preferred)• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience• Strong fundamentals in software design, APIs/integration, data flows, and distributed systems• Working knowledge of architecture principles (security, scalability, reliability, maintainability)• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, code review discipline, and operational readinessRequisitos principales•
