Team Lead - German Market (360 Recruitment) | Barcelona

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead / Managing Consultant to develop and scale our German market from our international hub in Barcelona.

This is not a pure management role. We are looking for a true 360 recruiter and sales-driven consultant, combining headhunting, delivery, and new business development, while leading and mentoring a team.

The Role

You will operate as a player-coach, responsible for:

- Driving new business development: acquiring new clients and building your own portfolio
- Leading 360 recruitment activities: from headhunting to placement
- Developing and growing a profitable client base within the German market
- Managing and mentoring a team of consultants
- Leading from the front with a strong billing mindset

What we are looking for

- Proven experience in agency recruitment (360 / full desk)




- Strong track record in new business generation and revenue growth
- Solid experience in headhunting and candidate sourcing
- Experience as a Senior / Principal Consultant, Team Lead, or Manager
- Previous billing performance (consistent biller mindset is key)
- Experience mentoring or leading consultants
- Native or bilingual German, fluent English

Big plus: Experience in contracting / freelance recruitment

Not the right fit if

- Background is purely sales (BDM, Account Executive, etc.) without recruitment
- Background is internal HR / Talent Acquisition only
