Experteer Overview
In this field-based role, you serves as scientific partner to healthcare professionals, facilitating peer-to-peer discussions to support appropriate use of Johnson & Johnson medicines in Immunology. You translate evidence into practical clinical dialogue, contribute to local Medical Affairs objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance patient outcomes in immune-mediated diseases. The position offers regional travel and a chance to shape scientific exchange, medical education, and market access activities within Immunology.

• Develop and deliver an activity plan aligned with the country Medical Affairs Plan and Brand Plans
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Immunology therapies, data, and emerging evidence
• Communicate balanced medical information to leading specialists and healthcare partners, in line with product information and regulatory standards
• Participate in medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and scientific meetings at local and regional levels
• Support Market Access discussions by presenting objective scientific data to payors and decision-makers; collaborate with internal teams for training and scientific input
• Contribute to local medical projects (studies,
registries, investigator-initiated research, pre-approval activities) and capture field insights for Medical Affairs planning
• Operate in full compliance with pharmacovigilance, healthcare compliance, and company procedures
Responsabilidades
• Medical Doctor degree, Pharmacy degree, or a university degree in Natural Sciences or a related scientific discipline
• Advanced training or experience in Immunology preferred
• Solid scientific understanding of the therapeutic area with ability to analyse and communicate medical data
• Experience in Medical Affairs, MSL role, clinical research, or related scientific position with credibility for peer-to-peer discussions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Commitment to ethical and compliant conduct
• Valid driving licence
• Pharma/biotech industry experience, exposure to Medical Education or advisory activities, payer or Market Access awareness, and knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system advantageous
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; willingness to travel regionally
