As a Technical Sales SaaS, you will work hand in hand with the Sales team to support qualified business opportunities and help convert prospects into clients.

You will be the product and technical expert of our platform, ensuring prospects clearly understand how our solution can address their workflows, use cases and business challenges.

This role sits at the crossroads of Sales, Product, IT and Professional Services.

Your responsibilities

- Support the Sales team during advanced deal stages
- Join client meetings and technical workshops
- Prepare and deliver customized SaaS platform demonstrations
- Configure demo environments according to client workflows
- Support RFI / RFP responses and assess functional fit
- Recommend configuration options and alternative solutions
- Support implementation scoping and project costing
- Work closely with Product, IT and Professional Services teams
- Consolidate client feedback and market needs
- Maintain strong knowledge of product capabilities and limitations

Your profile





- 0 to 2 years of experience
- First experience in pre-sales, SaaS sales engineering, solution consulting or technical sales
- Strong interest in SaaS products and technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client-facing mindset
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
