Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the initiation of clinical trials, ensuring regulatory alignment and efficient site activation. You collaborate with the Study Startup team, CROs and Clinical Operations to improve SSU metrics and maintain high-quality essential documents. You’ll identify activation blockers, track timelines, and support issue resolution to keep studies on track. You contribute to a culture that values inclusion, data-driven decision making and cross-functional teamwork. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Collaborate with assigned sites on collection and review of site-related essential documents
• Partner with internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations and TAU to improve SSU metrics and processes
• Ensure SSU standards are applied across projects
• Review site essential documents for start up (e.g., ICF, FDF, 1572, CVs)
• Identify and escalate potential site activation delays to the appropriate team




• Track actions and communications with sites to meet study/site timelines
• Support escalation resolution with CROs and Clinical Operations via the Study Startup team
• Review and provide feedback on site performance metrics
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the eTMF for assigned sites during start up

Responsabilidades
• BS degree or international equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in clinical research Site Start Up within pharma, CRO or relevant vendor
• Ability to communicate data to support data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of clinical study protocols and essential documents
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
