Join Schneider Digital as a Tester/QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability and security of cross‑cutting platform services. You will define test strategies, create automated tests and integrate them into GitHub CI/CD, working closely with developers and architects. This role supports a scalable, secure software fabric powering Schneider Electric products. You’ll drive test coverage and QA process improvements in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.

• Define and implement test strategies (functional, non-functional, automated, and manual)
• Design test plans, test cases and automated scripts using Python and Robot Framework
• Develop mocks and stubs for stubbed testing environments
• Integrate tests into GitHub CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous execution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers, Proxy PO and architects
• Execute test campaigns and analyze results to identify and report issues
• Ensure traceability of requirements and comprehensive test coverage




• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA tools and processes
• Ensure services comply with security, performance and reliability standards
• Support creation of technical documentation and quality reports

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in software testing or QA in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in Python and Robot Framework
• Experience with GitHub CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of distributed architectures, REST APIs, and microservices
• Familiarity with security and performance testing practices
• Strong communication, attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Experience in IoT, cloud services, or Edge Computing is a plus
• Fluent in English
