About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, structured, and creative Marketing Specialist to help bring our commercial strategy to life. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and making a real impact. You’ll play a key role in driving marketing initiatives and contributing directly to business growth within a dynamic B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with commercial objectives Work closely with the sales team to translate technical products into clear and effective market positioning Create and develop visual and written marketing content (catalogues, campaigns, product materials) Analyze, compare, and update product-related information and marketing materials Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic positioning Ensure marketing activities are executed with clarity, structure, and respect for timelines

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemistry or related field Studies or experience Communications or Business are a plus. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish Ability to understand technical products and translate them into clear value propositions Creativity combined with strong design skills (visual content, layouts, marketing materials) Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
