At Innogroup Tech, a fast-growing international team working across Fintech, Insurtech, and Legaltech projects, we are looking for a Product Owner to bridge the gap between business and development teams, supporting both our existing and upcoming tools.

Key Responsibilities

Define What to Build

- Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Determine technical requirements, development cycles, and scope.

Product Management

- Manage and refine the Product Backlog in close collaboration with the development team.
- Define User Stories and technical acceptance criteria.

Team Communication

- Act as a liaison between business and the development team.
- Ensure a shared understanding of requirements across all parties to eliminate ambiguity.

AI Skills

- Experience using AI tools to enhance product managment efficiency
- Document generation, data analysis and task automation

Requirements

Hard Skills

- Advanced prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, WSJF, Cost of Delay).
- Grasping of web and mobile app development, APIs, and data flows at a conceptual level




- Expertise in Agile and Scrum environments
- Advanced English level (required)

Experience

- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Technical background in web application development and integrations is a plus.
- Possible previous positions: Product manager, Business analyst.
