Experteer Overview
In this HR leadership role, you steer people strategy to attract, develop, and retain talent for the business. You work closely with site and executive leadership to align HR initiatives with strategic goals, drive talent development, and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll lead a team, partner with COEs, and shape programs across a global manufacturing organization. The role combines strategic advisory, program delivery, and change management to enable the business to deliver patient-centered outcomes.

• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to implement the HR strategy within budget and compliant with laws and standards
• Partner with COEs and business leaders to deliver HR programs meeting current and future talent needs
• Develop and execute HR projects for sites, units, or shared services aligned with business objectives




• Provide strategic advisory to leadership on talent strategy and organizational capability
• Analyze trends and metrics to identify training or coaching needs and implement solutions
• Participate in talent selection and compensation analysis to support competitive offers
• Lead HR aspects of large initiatives (mergers, acquisitions, consolidations) when required
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across HR programs

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• HR experience with a proven track record in people management
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with a integral organization
