Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape clinical data strategy across multiple trials to deliver submission-ready data that supports faster, better decisions for patients. You will act as a data-strategy partner to trial teams and cross-functional stakeholders, fostering clarity and accountability in end-to-end data delivery. The position emphasizes quality, regulatory alignment, and risk-aware execution in a complex Ru0026amp;D environment. You’ll work to improve delivery predictability and inspection readiness while making an impact on patient outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end clinical data management across multiple trials to ensure high-quality, timely data outputs
• Define trial-level data strategies aligned with program objectives, standards, and regulatory expectations
• Oversee data management from collection and design through cleaning and database lock readiness
• Represent CDM in Clinical Trial Team and Data Quality Team forums, guiding data-related decisions
• Identify and mitigate data risks, dependencies, and cross-trial issues with proactive actions
• Uphold Quality by Design, audit readiness,



and consistent application of standards across trials
• Share insights and lessons learned to improve decision-making and portfolio performance

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, or related field; postgraduate qualification beneficial
• 5-8 years’ experience in clinical data management in regulated Ru0026D
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, GCP, and medical terminology
• Advanced data analysis, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration in global teams
• Ability to identify risks, solve complex problems, and implement data management solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge for project success
