Experteer Overview
In this role you shape the people strategy for ERM’s growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will lead a regional HRBP team, partner with senior leaders, and drive a measurable people agenda aligned to the business strategy. You will steer HR transformation initiatives to modernise HR delivery across EMEA and influence decisions on talent, culture and structure for sustainable growth. This is a high-impact, commercially aware leadership position within a purpose-driven, global consultancy.

• High commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
• Inclusive, pragmatic and empowering leadership with credibility to lead remotely across geographies
