The Norman Foster Foundation is looking for a creative Content Creator to join our team in an in-house position based in Madrid.

The idóneo candidate is visually driven and comfortable producing high-quality content in a creative and fast-paced environment, working closely with the communications team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and produce visual content for the Norman Foster Foundation’s social media platforms
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for digital and social channels
- Produce professional photographic content to support social media and digital communications
- Develop short-form video content tailored to social media formats
- Collaborate with the communications and marketing team on content planning and execution
- Manage post-production workflows, including editing, color correction, and formatting




- Ensure visual consistency and strong storytelling across all content

Requirements

- Proven experience in content creation
- Strong skills in videography, including shooting and editing
- Solid experience in photography for digital and social media use
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends
- High proficiency in video and photo editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.)
- Ability to work in-house and collaborate xcskxlj closely with a creative team
- Strong visual sensitivity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
- Fluency in English
- Availability to start immediately
