Scheduling Engineer / Manager

A Corporate Engineering team is seeking an experienced Scheduling Engineer / Manager to support offshore wind farm development projects across early-stage development, tendering, M&A;, and execution phases.

The role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated master schedules from early concept through Commercial Operation Date (COD). This includes building and updating schedules using Primavera P6, defining work breakdown structures (WBS), performing critical path analysis, monitoring project progress, and ensuring schedule accuracy through QA/QC processes.

The position requires close collaboration with technical, commercial, legal, and project teams to gather inputs, align assumptions,



and ensure robust planning across multiple projects. The role also supports reporting to senior management, contributes to corporate scheduling standards, and promotes knowledge sharing and best practices across projects.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of scheduling experience
- Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and experience with MS Project
- Strong understanding of project interfaces and work package interdependencies
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
