How You Will Create An Impact
- Partner Hiring Strategy: develop and drive the global strategy for Partner hiring.
- End‑to‑End Partner Hiring Management: lead and streamline the full partner recruitment cycle.
- Stakeholder Management: align with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Onboarding: manage and monitor the onboarding process of new Partners.
- Separations & Offboarding: manage Partner separations and compliance.
- Compensation & Benefits: manage Partner salaries, bonus calculations, and payroll communication.
- Partner HR Policies: maintain global policies for parental leave, sabbaticals, part‑time work.
- Shareholder Processes: improve and support Partner election,
confirmation and exit processes.
- Evaluation & Development: oversee Partner evaluation processes and development programs.
- HR Data & Compliance: maintain accurate Partner HR data and records.
- Reporting: develop Partner HR dashboards and reports for leaders and the Board.
- Team & Process Development: co‑lead and develop the global Partner HR team and processes.
Your Profile
- Minimum 10 years of HRBP or HR operations experience, especially Talent Acquisition in an international business.
- Broad experience across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, compensation, evaluations, HR legal and compliance.
- Experience in professional services and with a general matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP Success Factors) and digital collaboration tools.
- Basic AI and advanced data analysis skills for data management.
- Ability to work confidently with senior executives and deliver high‑touch, professional HR support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; build trust and credibility with partners.
- Leadership skills to drive a high‑performing HR team.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, service‑oriented mindset.
- Adaptable and agile in a fast‑paced, hybrid/virtual environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills; handle complex requests independently.
- Fluent in English and another European language.
