Experteer Overview
As IT Business Partner for Global Supply Chain, you will bridge site operations and Digital/IT to enable performance through strategic IT delivery. You’ll shape a three-year IT roadmap, manage run and projects, and align digital standards with site needs. You will coordinate with site leadership, Digital teams, and external partners to drive trusted IT support, resilience, and compliance. This role combines business partnering with hands-on delivery to fuel transformation in factories and distribution centers.

• Define and maintain a mid- to long-term IT roadmap (3-year) for sites

• Support run, incident, and service management with focus on SLAs and KPIs
• Lead cybersecurity, governance, and compliance efforts and audits
• Maintain site IT architecture, resilience, and disaster recovery planning

Responsabilidades
• IT Business Partnering or IT management experience in industrial or supply chain environments
• Strong stakeholder management with site leadership
• Solid program and project management experience
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Exposure to matrix leadership and people coordination
