Partner Support Specialist HPI Content Support

We are seeking a motivated Partner Support Specialist to join the HPI Content Support team. The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English and will provide assistance to partners, ensuring smooth operations and excellent collaboration in a remote setup from Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support partners with inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure smooth execution of partner content processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of partner interactions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
- Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
