What will you do?

- Identify and engage potential co-hosts in targeted locations through outbound outreach
- Educate prospects on program value, market trends, and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Deliver consultative sales pitches and guide candidates through onboarding
- Support the matching and onboarding process between hosts and co-hosts
- Manage leads and track progress using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, acquisition, and engagement
- Provide insights and recommendations based on client interactions and market feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and drive results




- Participate in continuous training and development initiatives

Candidate profile

- 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles
- Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
- Background in hospitality, property management, or similar industries is advantageous
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
