We areTecAlliance, a general data ecosystem in the automotive aftermarket. You will lead global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring fair, compliant programs that attract and retain talent. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to shape market-aligned offers and optimize costs, while driving governance and system improvements. This role blends strategic design with hands-on execution across multiple regions, enabling scalable, data-informed compensation. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define and own global C&B; strategy, governance, job architecture, grading, and pay structures across regions
• Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, STI/LTI) with accuracy and compliance
• Advise leaders and Talent Acquisition on market positioning, internal equity, and competitive offers
• Manage benefits programs and external providers to balance cost, quality, and business needs
• Deliver C&B; analytics and drive strategic projects including system improvements and reward harmonization




• Collaborate with Corporate Steering & Development to drive strategic initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Extensive international C&B; experience with knowledge of global practices, trends, and regulations
• Solid HR or business education; certifications such as GRP or similar are a strong plus
• Hands-on multi-country C&B; experience (minimum three countries)
• Proven ability to design and implement C&B; frameworks in matrix organizations; strong HR systems experience (ideally Dayforce)
• Experience building C&B; setup from near-scratch to scale (vendors, tools, frameworks)
• Strong project management, analytical, and reporting skills; solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication; English business fluent; German/Spanish a plus
• Experience with works councils or similar employee bodies is a strong plus
• Legal authorization to work in the stated country; relocation/visa restrictions apply
