You'll own the engagement from process discovery through solution design, right up to the build line. Your job is to deeply understand client automation use cases, architect the optimal Digital Worker solution, and produce specifications so clear that an AI Automation Engineer can build without ambiguity. You define thewhatandwhy ; the engineer handles thehow .What you'll do...Discovery and AnalysisLead process discovery sessions with client stakeholders, uncovering automation opportunities and mapping end-to-end workflowsDocument AS-IS processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess automation potentialGather and structure business requirements, constraints, and dependenciesSolution DesignDesign TO-BE processes incorporating Digital Workers, defining where and how automation delivers valueDefine scope, KPIs, and success criteria for each use case in collaboration with the client and delivery teamCreate clear, actionable technical specifications including process flows, decision logic,
