Job Description

- Lead the execution of international Project Finance and M&A; transactions.
- Coordinate external advisors and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Review, refine, and execute advanced financial models.
- Evaluate investment opportunities across energy and infrastructure assets.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and assess key financial drivers.
- Prepare materials for internal decision‑making bodies.
- Apply strong market knowledge to support strategic positioning and commercial processes.

The Successful Applicant





- + 10 years' experience in energy, infrastructure, or other capital‑intensive sectors, with exposure to international environments.
- Proven track record leading complex Project Finance and M&A; transactions.
- Advanced financial modelling capabilities.
- Strong command of US GAAP; familiarity with other international frameworks is valued.
- Excellent English (C1); additional European languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage advisors and coordinate multifaceted transactions.
- Solid understanding of long‑term market dynamics and investment fundamentals.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
