Experteer Overview
In this role you lead and develop a QA team within a space-focused organisation, acting as the QA focal point across functions. You drive the implementation of fundamental quality processes and preventive mindset in production and AIT activities. You will prepare executive summaries and KPIs, harmonise QA practices, and ensure quality documentation for projects. This role combines strategic QA leadership with hands-on inspection and coordination tasks in satellites and aerostructures programs.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and develop the QA engineers team and motivate performance
• Act as the focal point for QA within the organization and liaise with other areas
• Prepare executive summaries and KPIs for QA activities
• Harmonise QA practices across the team
• Promote a preventive quality mindset in production and AIT
• Ensure delivery of QA documentation (QAP, QCP, inspection reports) for projects




• Coordinate subcontracted inspections in the cleanroom
• Consolidate QA budget and estimate resources for projects
• Identify measures to reduce cost of quality (reduce inspections and sampling)
• Act as main QA contact for project AIT phases across departments
• Coordinate inspections (incoming/outgoing, KPIs, MIPs) and manage non-conformities and deviations
• Organise and manage Integration Readiness Reviews (IRRs)
• Perform QA operative work on projects as needed

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree or equivalent (Physics, Chemistry, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in quality for space sector projects
• Experience coordinating people
• Languages: fluent in Spanish (C1) and English
• Objectives oriented
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
