Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive data-driven decisions for media investments within the Marketing team, shaping data products and reporting standards. You will build dashboards and analytics to support budgeting, attribution, and performance insights, collaborating with cross-functional partners. You’ll explore optimization opportunities, AI tooling, and data pipelines to scale impact and growth for Glovo users. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role that blends business acumen with technical craft in a fast-paced environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end projects in the Media Solutions team to inform marketing investment decisions
• Produce data products from existing data sources and establish reporting standards for Marketing
• Design, publish and maintain Looker dashboards to support campaign management and budgeting
• Explore trends in marketing investment optimization; support tooling decisions and automation
• Explore opportunities in AI tooling for marketing use cases and internal process optimization
• Own attribution data truth and ensure compliance with reporting/privacy standards
• Manage data requests: validate data quality, perform analysis,



diagnose issues, and implement pragmatic solutions
• Conduct exploratory analyses of key performance marketing initiatives to uncover drivers of performance

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of experience in business/ data analytics or data engineering roles
• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or related disciplines
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate business questions into analytics hypotheses
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis of large datasets
• Experience with Looker, Tableau or similar visualization tools to create actionable dashboards
• Excellent communication, visualization and storytelling abilities for technical and business audiences
• Attention to detail and methodical approach from problem statement to results
• Fluent English communication
