Experteer Overview
As Technical Lead on Stripe’s Service Infrastructure team, you will guide a group of engineers to build scalable, reliable infrastructure that underpins payments, fraud detection, and related services. You will shape technical vision, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive SOA adoption across the organization. You’ll lead architecture, mentor engineers, and own the delivery of high-impact infrastructure projects. This role offers the chance to influence how thousands of engineers build on Stripe’s platform and to contribute to a mission-driven, autonomous engineering culture.

Responsabilidades
• 12+ years of technical experience
• 5+ years in a strategic technical leadership role
• Experience leading teams on API design, abstractions, frameworks, or client libraries
• Hands-on experience building infrastructure and products for internal or external customers
• Proven track record delivering pragmatic solutions that accelerate business growth
• Ability to switch from high-level discussions to detailed coding
• Autonomy and responsibility with strong written and in-person communication
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, determination, and growth mindset
• Ability to work with diverse teams and contribute to psychological safety
• Proficiency in at least one of: Java, Ruby, Python, Go
