In this role, you will: Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods Support the implementation and optimization of Veeva Vault applications Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, IT,



and Manufacturing to digitize and streamline GxP workflows Analyze processes and design scalable digital solutions Develop and maintain SOPs and validation documentation Ensure compliance with GxP and integral regulatory standards Train users and provide ongoing support for digital systems Champion a culture of continuous improvement with KPI monitoring

What you bring: Strong process engineering background in the pharmaceutical industry Excellent IT skills; hands-on Veeva Vault experience a plus Fluent in Spanish and English Passion for digital transformation and operational excellence Experience in GxP environments and process validation
