What you’ll bring

- Proven Spanish payroll implementation experience (essential)
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation
- Experience with A3 payroll (preferred)
- Background in client-side payroll
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with SAP, Excel / Google Sheets
- Analytical and solutions-focused
- Exposure to reconciliations / accounting
- Interest in automation, AI, and process improvement

What you’ll do

- Lead end-to-end payroll implementations (kick-off to go-live)
- Act as the Spanish payroll SME
- Support xcskxlj sales and client onboarding
- Own timelines, delivery, and documentation
- Ensure smooth handover to operations
- Drive process improvements and standardisation
- Support and mentor payroll team members
