Responsibilities

As an AI Engineer,



you will:

Take end‑to‑end ownership of AI‑centric technical products and projects
Build and deploy machine learning systems that address real‑world commercial challenges
Translate business problems into well‑framed AI opportunities
Challenge existing processes to drive innovation and improve outcomes
Stay up to date with fast‑moving AI advancements
Make an immediate impact — you will be trusted and empowered from day one

What Our Client Is Looking For

We are seeking candidates with strong theoretical grounding AND hands‑on experience:

Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals
Experience deploying LLMs in production (prompting, agent workflows, retrieval pipelines, evals, etc.)
Knowledge of LLM inference techniques (KV caching, speculative/parallel decoding, etc.)
Strong programming skills in Python + one of C++, Java or .NET
SQL experience
Experience with Azure or AWS
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
Ability to manage AI projects end‑to‑end
Financial services experience is a plus (not essential)
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar from a reputable university
