We are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for business and technology roles in a highly digital, AI-driven environment.

The role combines hands-on recruiting, strong stakeholder partnership and intensive use of AI-powered recruiting tools to deliver an efficient, data-led and candidate-centric hiring experience.

The position is part of a European community of recruiters, collaborating across countries to share best practices, tools and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, job definition, sourcing, interviews, assessment and offers.
- Recruit across business, digital and technology roles.
- Use SAP SuccessFactors for requisition management, process governance and reporting.
- Leverage Phenom for CRM, sourcing, candidate engagement and talent marketing.
- Apply AI capabilities for automated screening, matching, personalized outreach and pipeline analytics.
- Ensure a smooth, transparent and engaging candidate experience.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research, with focus on digital, tech and AI-related skills.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends and talent availability.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruiting events when needed.





Stakeholder & Process Excellence

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role scoping and interview best practices.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, funnel efficiency, quality).
- Continuously improve recruitment processes through automation, data and simplification.
- Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI in recruitment.
- Actively participate in a recruiting community across Europe, sharing insights, tools and best practices.
- Contribute to cross-country initiatives and continuous improvement of recruiting standards.

Requirements

- Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within digital or fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience recruiting both business and technology profiles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar ATS).
- Experience with Phenom or Talent Experience Platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong exposure to AI-driven sourcing and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and data-driven mindset.
- Curiosity and continuous learning attitude, especially toward AI and digital trends.
